ESCAPE INTO NATURE: A JOURNEY THROUGH SPORT, WELLNESS AND FUN.

20 travel companions immersed for 5 days in the unspoiled nature of Sardinia in a guesthouse perched on the cliffs of Punta Giglio and surrounded by the environmental heritage of the Porto Conte Natural Park, a protected natural area of the Coral Riviera.

We will find ourselves in one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia, surrounded by unspoiled nature where we can enjoy spectacular views, regenerating silence and many activities to be discovered.

On the first evening we will be at the hotel where we will be welcomed by a welcome buffet, to start the holiday on the right foot. Depending on the time of arrival, we can enjoy the view in complete relaxation or venture out on a short walk to start exploring the place. Once all the travel companions have arrived, we will move to Alghero to savor the first sunset all together, have an aperitif and stop for dinner.

In the following days we will discover the park of Porto Conte with its five thousand hectares of coast and hinterland, the city of Alghero the "village that looks at the sea", the breathtaking caves along the coast, some of the Sardinian nuraghi and the flavors of this wonderful territory with a visit to the Sella and Mosca wineries.

Every day will be a mix of nature, sport and discovery of the area: we will have yoga sessions (a connection with ourselves and nature for a regenerating effect!) and depending on the weather/sea conditions we will choose the sports activities to do together between walking, mountain-biking or kayaking. In short, many emotions from dawn to dusk.

THE STRUCTURE: this experience does not take place on board a sailboat, but we will stay in a magnificent structure immersed in the nature park of Porto Conte.

Rifugio di mare, our accommodation for these four days together, is a 4-star refuge overlooking the sea. The guesthouse, surrounded by the nature of the Porto Conte Natural Park, stands overlooking Punta Giglio, and is a perfect oasis to be pampered by the lapping of the sea waves in the background and savor the peace of this enchanted place. The package includes breakfasts and dinners in the Refuge's restaurant, with genuine and delicious menus that respect the seasonality of raw materials and the short supply chain of the area.
