A sailing trip designed for women who want to rediscover themselves, regenerate and reconnect with their authentic nature.

We will sail immersed in the beauty of the sea, guided by the intent to listen, welcome and transform what emerges when we allow ourselves a safe space of presence and sharing.

It will be an experience made up of moments of care, silence and creativity: we will be inspired by natural elements and holistic practices designed to harmonize body, mind and spirit.

We will give voice to our authentic expression through movement, music and words. We will rediscover the pleasure of inhabiting our bodies, the strength of vulnerability and the beauty of female connection.

The experience will be guided by two expert facilitators (Erica and Alessia), with a deep love for life in nature and for the paths of inner growth.
