This experience, in a nutshell

Sailing trip around Toulon.

  • Departure at 10 a.m.

  • Depending on the direction and strength of the wind, we will choose a well-sheltered cove for the lunch break.

  • If the wind is easterly, we will go to the Anse des Oursinières (east of Cap Garonne) 1h30 to 2h by navigator ;  and if the conditions allow it, we can push towards the Pointe des Chevaliers (at the edge of the Giens peninsula) 2h to 2h30 by navigator.

  • If the wind is westerly, it will be at Les Deux Frères to the east of Cap Sicié about 2 hours by navigating.

  • These anchorages allow us to sail without being too long, which will give us time for a swim and to have an aperitif while the plancha heats up to accommodate grilled meats and vegetables.

  • Then, free time for a nap or swim, we will leave around 4 or 5 p.m. to be back between 6 and 7 p.m.

  • Those who have a time requirement are asked to notify first thing in the morning.

  • Jean-Marc, owner, volunteer guide, will be happy to help you discover the coast, of which he knows every nook and cranny.

  • There is no shortage of dream anchorages, we will choose together where to anchor.

  • Smokers are allowed but they will only smoke outside and must not disturb others.

  • On the alcohol side; The aperitif is inevitable but we don't go out for a drink, it's for everyone's safety.

  • The boat and its passengers are covered by insurance but you must have your RC

We spent a great day in the company of Jean-Marc. We were able to steer on the way out and back and experiment with sailing. Everything was planned for the meal (aperitif, main course, dessert and drinks). It was a very nice outing, friendly and intimate after lunch time where everyone could do what they wanted: swimming, napping... I recommend you with your eyes closed!

Jean-Marc is a generous, endearing and pedagogical man. He was pleased to show us these nooks and crannies of the islands that he knows very well. We immediately liked these hills. And above all, he trusted us by letting us hold the helm! Thank you very much!
