Afternoon and evening dedicated to exploring the city: Byzantine castle with panoramic view, archaeological museum (finds from the Neolithic era), traditional Turkish quarter, neoclassical waterfront, Orthodox churches. Optional visit to ouzo distillery (Plomari is the most famous brand).
