This experience, in a nutshell

Your sailing experience will begin in the marina of Marsala, in front of the Hotel Palace, where you can park your car inside the port, near the boat.

After getting to know each other, I will introduce you to the boat, show you the cabins, accessories and services and we will have a small briefing for your holiday. Immediately afterwards you will go to the supermarket to do galley and stowage the galley. Overnight stop in the small port of Marsala (the cost of mooring in this port is included in the price both at the beginning of the week and at the end).

Early in the morning we will set sail for the Egadi Islands. The choice of the coves and villages to see and therefore the route plan of the week is made 1 or 2 days before departure and in any case will be confirmed between the customer and the Skipper with the short-term forecast in hand.

In particular, we always

choose the sheltered part of the islands to better enjoy the sea of this paradise and we will try to do the long stretches always under sail and not by motor, it will certainly be more comfortable, exciting and eco-sustainable. On board, life takes place in a simple way and you will not be obliged to carry out any task, this does not mean that cooking, washing dishes, cleaning the bathroom or tidying up will be everyone's task and we will give ourselves rules to always do it without stress. It will also be a good idea to help the Skipper in the manoeuvres (obviously it is not mandatory).

There will also be space for sailing lessons, explanations on seafaring culture and the most important knots, exhibiting typical dishes (both by the customer and the Skipper), diving, snorkeling, reading, board games, SUP, swimming and much more.

Usually you can visit all three islands of the archipelago, but you will hardly be able to see all the coves (I myself have been sailing there for years, maybe I don't really know them all), but this is not important. What really matters, in my opinion, is that my guest can be amazed, relax and above all bring home a new, cultural baggage that is that of the authentic and simple Mediterranean, its islands, its delicious cuisine, interesting people to meet.

We will return to Marsala on Friday afternoon and spend the night in port.

Check-out is scheduled for 9 am.

Vacanza stupenda!

Grazie capitan Nic!! C'è solo un capitano.. un capitano!!

Experience on a sailing boat in the blue sea of the Egadi

07/17/2023

CRISTINA B.
