This experience, in a nutshell

Among the 7 pearls of volcanic rock most sparkling, wild and with an illustrious past, you will feel in a true unspoiled paradise. Every day a different corner to see, beaches, craters, fishing villages, romantic aperitif clubs and discos. Be amazed by the spectacle of volcanoes, vegetation and the clear sea that offers unforgettable blue abysses.

Boarding on Sunday from 17 to 22 in the port of Lipari.

Keeping in mind the marine weather conditions in order to navigate in absolute safety, here are the cruise destinations.

Sunday:

the port of Lipari is waiting for us to embark and finally the time has come to get to know us, a welcome drink and then everyone to make the first galley. Towards evening we will return on board to prepare dinner, and if we are not tired yet, the locals of the island are waiting for us.

Monday:

after breakfast in the cockpit our skipper is ready to give us a brief briefing on safety at sea is always useful. Then, bow towards Basiluzzo , a small volcanic rock characterized by a pure white color. Here the waters are still heated by the volcanoes that rose in this area; those who love snorkeling can reach the rocks of Lisca Bianca and its seabed. We will then continue towards Stromboli , the volcano in permanent activity where we can choose to visit the crater, climbing its slopes. The show will be truly unforgettable, no less than the Sciara di Fuoco , to be admired in the harbor.

Tuesday:

after waking up we are ready to visit the fashionable Panarea . We sail to the smallest island of the Aeolian, but the best known among young people for its liveliness. Time to get ready and we are already at the Raya for an aperitif on the most fashionable terrace of the archipelago, let's enjoy the moment! At dinner we are spoiled for choice: better from Pina in the best known restaurant on the island or from Paolino with special local cuisine? Panarense evening between parties, clubs and disco. Night at anchor or in port.

Wednesday:

the small hours do not scare us, this morning we are ready to sail to Salina famous for its particular morphology: its coasts are often cliffs, but above them there are wonderful natural secrets. Here the vegetation is truly luxuriant, virgin and uncontaminated enough to be chosen as the setting for the film "Il Postino", Pollara is truly a wonderful place both from land and sea. We will circumnavigate the small island until we reach Rinella : a picturesque fishing village that preserves many caves and a beautiful marina along its coast. Night at anchor or in port, according to weather conditions.

Thursday:

sweet awakening on the island of Salina, we have little time left to go ashore and visit it, but then immediately we head towards Filicudi . Arrived we can enjoy a swim in La Canna , a faraglione that rises from the blue of the abyss for more than 70 meters and is placed right in front of the Grotte del Bue Marino , evening on the ground before an aperitif, maybe a breathtaking sunset on Alicudi, renting scooters for climb higher, and then dinner, on board or at the port or in the village of Pecorini . Night at anchor or at the buoy or at anchor.

Friday:

the program includes Vulcano as the penultimate stage, pausing at the Faraglioni of Lipari . In the late afternoon we will arrive on the island, the advice is to go up to the crater at sunset, from above, with a truly spatial light we will dominate all the islands and we will seem to be in a Martian landscape. For the last supper what do we want to do? All together on board or dinner on a terrace with unparalleled views? Night at anchor or in port.

Saturday:

we will return to Lipari by dropping anchor at Spiaggia Bianca . The volcanic nature of the Aeolian islands is tangible in this place where the seabed, made up of white pumice sediments, offers a unique spectacle in the world. The sea is particularly warm, of an intense turquoise and on it stretches the pontoons used, once, for the transport of the extracted goods.

The cruise ends on Saturday around 3 pm in the port of Lipari.
You can still stay on board on Saturday evening, you will be our guests. The disembarkation can therefore take place on Sunday morning by 8.30 am.

NB An integral part of the crew will be the small and tender Tancredi, a little dog dispensing pampering to anyone who allows it.

One word to describe this experience, wonder! Luigi's indisputable experience and Enrico's irreplaceable attention made the week on board the boat [hidden] a pleasure for all our senses: our eyes full of breathtaking landscapes and the unique colors of beaches and skies in all their shades; our palate delighted by the expertly prepared dishes for a tasty discovery of the local cuisine; the stories of the islands during navigation and the sound of the sea transformed into a pleasant symphony for our ears; the scents of the Sicilian land among flowers, high quality ingredients and salt on the skin and last but not least the magical touch of the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the warm rays of sunshine after a regenerating bath. Thank you so much from me and my little travel companion who will forever carry with her the memory of an exciting journey, thanks to two people with a big heart and capable of transmitting their unconditional love for the sea and for life. Good winds and calm seas! A special greeting from Maruscka and Alma

Our week aboard the [hidden] was an unforgettable experience among the beauties of the Aeolian Islands. Luigi, an experienced skipper and talented engineer, guided us with safety and flexibility, ensuring suggestive stops and safe anchorages at all times. The boat, a vintage-style 13-meter boat with fine wood finishes, is comfortable and well organized: optimized spaces, four versatile cabins and a welcoming dinette allow you to live life on board with the right balance between sportiness and comfort. An added value is represented by Enrico, Luigi's son and architect of naval interiors: in addition to being a skilled navigator, he has proved to be an authentic "director of on-board hotel services", capable of combining logistics, hospitality and cuisine of the highest level. Breakfasts, lunches and aperitifs prepared with the freshest local raw materials – often fish of the day – made every convivial moment special. The familiar and informal atmosphere was the common thread of the cruise, although disembarkations can sometimes be uncomfortable due to the small rowing tender, as the engine supplied is inadequate for shallow waters. The absence of adequate safety accessories (lights, dedicated life jackets) generated significant critical issues in the evening, in a context of autonomous management of the tender by us guests and with not completely calm seas. Despite this not small problem, the rule of always dining on land and independently (necessary to guarantee the team a well-deserved break) has always proved to be a winning choice, allowing you to fully appreciate the picturesque seaside villages and above all the tasty Aeolian cuisine. In summary, despite some small technical limitations, the cruise with Luigi and Enrico remains a unique experience that combines sailing, nature, gastronomy and authentic hospitality. An adventure that we recommend to those who love the sea, the wind and the authentic charm of sailing.

A dream week, quite simply! Life on a boat requires you to respect certain rules and let yourself be carried away. But what beauty! What a privilege to approach the coves from the sea! And then we couldn't have dreamed of more caring, passionate, delicate and funny skippers. Thank you to Luigi and Enrico for sharing their paradise with us!
