This experience, in a nutshell

Come aboard with us to discover the 5 Terre Natural Park on a sailing boat, a naturalistic oasis, a UNESCO world, environmental and cultural heritage.

We will embark on Friday evening in the vicinity of Spezia aboard a comfortable Bavaria 49.2 of 15 meters, equipped with 5 cabins and 3 bathrooms. On Saturday we will explore the Gulf of Poets by sail and we will relax at anchor in the splendid bays of the three islands of the Portovenere Natural Park (Palmaria, Tino, Tinetto), lunch on board. From Palmaria open the famous Blue and Byron caves that we can admire from the boat. In the evening we will move for the inevitable visit to Portovenere or Lerici, beautiful to admire both from the sea and from the land, where we will dine in one of the many local fish restaurants. We will spend the night at anchor on the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Poets so, when you wake up, all you have to do is dive in!

Sunday morning we will open the sails for a pleasant navigation in the 5 Terre Marine Park, where we will admire the splendid sheer coast from the point of view of the sea characterized by the colorful medieval villages, the sanctuaries and the characteristic terraces, i.e. small strips of land cultivated with vines. and olive tree supported by a system of dry stone walls. We will stop for lunch in Vernazza, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, in a spectacular restaurant overlooking the sea.
We will return to the Marina around 7:00 pm for the disembarkation and final greetings.

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to force majeure (e.g. adverse weather, administrative and / or technical problems, etc.)

SKIPPER ON BOARD: Luciano M. 45 years old who will sleep in the dinette.

The 3 stars are an average of several things: the skipper Francesco is an excellent person and very prepared, friendly and company, for him the stars would be 5. Very nice place, too bad for the sea a bit rough but it was no one's fault. The boat, on the other hand, was old and not very well maintained, there were 11 of us but there was no place to stay all in the shade and even the places in the sun were very uncomfortable. There was no way to charge the phones (only 2 sockets working and only when the engine was on) and finally 5 cabins of which 2 half of the others are bunk cabins while one of the double rooms even had a private bathroom, too bad we all paid the same amount. Finally, squeaks everywhere that made moments of relaxation less relaxing.

Massimo was not present, he found a replacement, Francesco. He seemed to me to be not very proactive in working as a group, in giving explanations on the itinerary and in dealing with the inconveniences that arose during the weekend. An experience that turned out to be positive all in all thanks to the group, but I would have expected more attention.
