A LONG weekend in the Egadi Islands departing from Marsala, reachable from Birgi Trapani or Palermo airport.

We will circumnavigate Favignana and explore its beautiful bays. We will point the bow towards Marettimo with a visit to the caves. Last stop is Levanzo with its small fishing port. We will return to Marsala where we can spend the last evening together or disembark.

A stop in Marsala to taste the delicious pastries, excellent ice creams and a tour of a famous Marsala winery will leave you enchanted.

This magical weekend of wellness, cooking, health and relaxation will be a way to start discovering the Egadi Islands at this time of year still unspoiled, make new friends, and pamper ourselves with good food and relaxation.

We offer you the learning and practice of yoga with free participation in times and moments to be decided together. Lessons take place, both on land and in the boat, during navigation or at anchor.

The practice of yoga helps you become aware of your body, and the power of your breath.

During these days you will be able to experience the art of moving guided by the breath, in a real "meditation in motion"!

The retreat includes yoga practices, pranayama and meditation sessions, immersed in the beautiful setting of the Egadi Islands: we will feed on the Ether element, immersed in the Water element! We will also practice on land to ground ourselves in the Earth element, during the excursions planned to the airports
