This is a holiday dedicated to
- Sailing School
Brief description of the holiday
From here to Gibraltar it is about 50 miles, just the time it takes to become familiar with the boat and the maneuvers before the great emotion of the passage of the Strait of Gibraltar. Spain on the starboard side, Africa on the left, the fortress, the emotions of mythological and historical tales: passing Gibraltar is always fascinating. From the point of view of navigation it is a good school: if the wind blows from the west, it is useless to think of trying to cross the strait, and then he goes back to Gibraltar or the line for a break and why not a visit to the Rock with the nice monkeys that live here. Once you have passed the Strait of Gibraltar you are in the ocean, however, on these sides to the north in the Atlantic and navigation becomes challenging, the Tarifa lighthouse slowly passes to starboard, and the route first heads westward, The first stop will be in Rabat, a beautiful town on the Atlantic coast, about 240mn from gibilerra Then it will be the turn of Agadir about 250 mn south of Rabat .....

Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 51
This is a particularly habitable sailboat: it has four guest cabins, each with a private bathroom, and one reserved for the crew. The two aft cabins have double beds, while in the two forward cabins the beds are bunk and can be converted into doubles.
The dinette comfortably accommodates ten people, the kitchen is like a home kitchen, with two fridges, an oven and with its U-shaped configuration is designed to cook really even in navigation. The library of the sea is available to guests, while the chart table is my private corner.
The spaces on deck are wide, comfortable and safe for movement. The aft beach is large, equipped with a shower and a ladder to go down comfortably into the sea; the bow has a comfortable and wide sunbathing area.
