Emilio number 1. I had started with the idea of a certain tour but listening to Emilio's advice, we had a beautiful tour. He knows every island, every bay, every landing. Just as sailors have a wife in every port, he has a buoy in every bay. He made himself available to teach sailing techniques, indeed he was amazed at my indolence ahaha. He cares a lot about safety on board. With Emilio on a sailboat you sail with the wind and not with the engine at every single possible moment.
