This experience, in a nutshell

- Giorno 1: Presentazioni, safety briefing e approvvigionamenti. Notte in porto.
Notte all’ancora sotto il cielo stellato.
- Giorno 7 : Rientro a Marina Kastela

Skipper Elisa great professionalism and availability: she involved the crew also at a practical level in the various phases of navigation and solved the various situations brilliantly from a logistical point of view; making up for the shortcomings of the catamaran, which had a tank of only 300 liters of water and, despite being recently built, was in less than optimal conditions: for example, the air conditioning did not work and in a bathroom there was a bad smell. Anyway nice holiday.

Navigation and adventure in Dalmatia (mile building)!

We did a week long mile-building trip with Elisa on a 13m sail boat in the Adriatic sea. Elisa was a great skipper, starting from the presail sign-up and instructions on the boat provisioning, to the sailing itself. Before the sail, she was able to quickly assess the skills of the crew and adjust the program, so everyone could enjoy the experience of learning something new. For me, all of the moorings we did at small bays and some of the manoeuvres (heave-to) were really cool things to learn. We felt safe on the boat, also during a 24 sail away from the shore. It was a great trip, I would recommend sailing with Lisa to everyone who wants to enjoy their week and learn more about sailing, she has several RYA certifications, a gold standard for a good sailor, and is also a very cool person :)

Being a sailor myself, I couldn't help but appreciate Elisa's technical skills, both in navigation and for everything related to a cruise. Exemplary mooring facing the open sea with 25 kn of wind. But as an adult as I am, the other characteristics that I was able to appreciate in her were humility, gratitude and the attitude to involve guests, which in an environment of superheroes such as sailing, leads Elisa to enroll by right in the narrow circle of "beautiful people", which is not entirely obvious for a skipper who has to endure you for a whole week :-).
