This experience, in a nutshell

In summer we sail our yacht in Greece between the islands of the Cyclades. We will be delighted to welcome you on board.

Our cruises are customised and suitable for couples, singles, families with children, groups and people of all ages.

You do not need any sailing experience.
During the holiday we can assure you of the ultimate enjoyment with relaxation, good local food and a willingness to share our way to sail and enjoy the sea. We do not offer a charter in the traditional sense.
We offer a fun holiday for everyone. A typical day on holiday with us allows for the greatest pleasure in the smallest of things.
We offer relaxation, sun, sea, ancient ruins, beautiful villages, towns, bays and beaches galore to explore. Alternatively just sit back and relax. Our beautiful boat will carry us across the beautiful sea and guests are welcome to join in the sailing activities or just enjoy the ride.

To join us for longer than one week please book the adjacent trips by clicking on the red link at the bottom of this Description, or contact us for more info.

MONDAY – MILOS We will spend the day in Milos. Known as the “Island of Colours” thanks to its jewel-coloured waters and building painted in vivid primary tones, the horseshoe-shaped island of Milos floats serenely in the Aegean Sea. It was here that the world-famous Venus de Milo statue was discovered. Though she now holds court at the Louvre, Milos has other beauties to admire. There are dozens of beaches, all different colours and all different combinations of sand, stone and shell. Explore the ancient theatre, catacombs and windmills in Tripiti village, then cap off your day with a cinematic sunset.

TUESDAY – Milos to Folegrandos Folegandros is a small island that has become very fashionable in the last years, particularly to Greek tourists in the know. We will find lovely beaches without the crush at all times of the year as most of the beaches are inaccessible unless you are on a boat.

WEDNESDAY – Folegrandos to Santorini Glamourous Santorini is deliciously different. Geographical newness is in part to thank. The island’s popular black volcanic Perissa and Kamari beaches are big draws, as is its arguably most famous Red Beach near Akrotiri (which is the place to go for archaeology buffs). Santorini curves round a giant lagoon in the Cyclades islands, offering stunning views from sky-high towns, eclectic cuisine, lovely galleries, thriving nightlife and excellent wines. A must stop for us as we travel around the islands, and our most requested destination.

THURSDAY – Santorini to Ios Along with Mykonos, Ios is well known for its lively nightlife, but there is a lot more to Ios than just bars and nightclubs which in the main part are restricted to the main towns. We can visit the big beaches on the east coast for a very different view of Ios!

FRIDAY – Ios to Paros Unrivalled natural beauty, beaches with crystal clear waters, unrivalled Byzantine footpaths connecting traditional villages and breathtaking landscapes make Páros, located at the heart of the Cyclades, one of the best loved holiday destinations in Greece. Wander through beautiful traditional villages like Náoussa, a colourful village, where the ruins of a Venetian fortress stand at the entrance to its small harbour. Léfkes is located at the highest point of Páros and enjoys stunning views of the island. The village is set up in the mountains and is surrounded by a rich green landscape. It has very well preserved Cycladic and neoclassical buildings, beautiful squares and narrow marble alleys. The Museum of Aegean Folk Culture at Léfkes offers a tour of the culture of the Archipelago; discover the Aegean world through its exhibits, which include pieces related to the architecture, traditional trades and geology of the islands.

SATURDAY – Paros to Naxos Naxos is the largest of the Cycladic islands and has a great variety of landscapes and things to do. Highlights for sightseeing include the gate or ‘Portara’ to the ancient Temple of Apollo, the Temple of the Goddess Dimitra in Saggri, the Venetian Castle in Naxos Town and the archeological museum also in Naxos town.

SUNDAY – Naxos to Mykinos Sunday is the end of the trip. We will sail home to Mykinos for a final day of sea and sunshine before our guests disembark for the fast ferry back to Athens, or perhaps another adventure in the Islands.

At the end of the season, I was once again able to enjoy a fantastic sailing trip with Phil, Petra and Marina. 6 days trough the Saronic Islands in perfect weather conditions. Phil is much more than a professional skipper. His passion and fun for sailing, his competence and seriousness are noticeable every moment. We also had al lot of fun. Phil is always in a good mood and has entertained us - the atmosphere on board was great. Anyone who wanted to take tasks could do so at any time. While sailing, I learned a lot from Phil, he also enjoys teaching us his experience. His boat is in great condition and well equipped. You feel comfortable there immediately. Phil, thanks for the wonderful week on board with you, I will never forgot. TOP marks for the Skipper (as long as he does not sing loudly ;-) I hope we can sail together again. Fair winds! and all the best for you during the winter ;-) Andreas

It was a such wonderful sail trip around Greek islands. Phil, our fabulous captain is really kindness with its guests and especially about our feelings and how we are feeling great. It was a perfect mixture between sailing and discover the islands by having dinner in different restaurants and walking in the different town. Boat is really comfortable and Phil learned us many things about sailing, ropes, wind, forecast, map, sailing instruments I was already sharing this passion but this trip with Phil confirmed my passion for sailing. I will be back on the LoFII next season. Thank you for all. Marine

The answer my friend, is blowing in the wind... If you know nothing about sailing but want to enjoy a fantastic "Le Grand Bleu" experience in the mediterranean then you have to head for Phil and his Beneteau-Clipper. Our boarding was in Lavrio Olympic Marina (close to Athens) and after a safety briefing we headed for our island hopping tour with our final destination in Milos Island. First great surprise: the Nespresso Coffee machine with Cappuccino-Milkshaker, YESsss! Phil is very keen on getting things done properly but once he's seen how you get along he will happily hand over to you and name you "skipper of the day". If you would like to do so. If not you can also grab the "Do Nothing-Option" and chill around all day long. Phil is also great in cracking jokes and telling stories. The perfect balance between relaxation and learning how to sail. We definitely recommend Phil, the London-sounding Aussie. Anne & Giacomo

We had an amazing week sailing whit Phil, as soon as we got on the boat he's been kind and accomodating with us, we didnt't know anything about sailing but he trasmitted us all his love for this exciting world. We've been lucky with the forecast and we got the chance to do evrything planned. By the end of the week we were able to do a few things to help him, thanks to his patience and constancy, and traveling around those amazing places has been even more delightful if possible. Our holiday was absolutely wonderful from the first day to the last one, we couldn't have asked for more. Phil is not only a super professional skipper, reliable and competent, but also a very special men, easy going ,kind and always ready to help. We would surely go back sailing with him.
