This is a holiday dedicated to
Brief description of the holiday
Sail with us and let yourself be surprised by the natural spectacle
of the northwest coast of Sicily; starting from Palermo,
based on the weather conditions, we will decide together our route
that will take us to Ustica, the black pearl of the Mediterranean,
the crystal clear waters of San Vito, the wild Zingaro
Reserve, until arriving at the Egadi, the largest marine
area protected in Europe, paradise for snorkelers.
On board you will find the warm welcome that only an "home-boat" can offer and a crew ready to take care of you, even with the delights of Mediterranean and local cuisine;
if you want, you' can participate in maneuvers and learn the basics of sailing and maritime culture, or just relax and enjoy all the little pleasures that the sea offers us.
Check out the crew!
Viva 48, Cantiere Fiberstamp
The Viva 48 is a solid and sturdy sailboat, built with mastery to ensure good navigation and safety performance. Designed by Alfeo Scattolin in the late '70s as cruise-racer on the lines of Faram-Serenissima, his other creation of little previous one that had obtained several excellent results in the regattas of that period. The slender lines and the shape of the hull typical of the IOR class, give this boat remarkable sailing performance and the navigation is comfortable and safe in all weather conditions. The deck offers ample space both for the maneuver and for the relaxation of the guests on board. The interiors are simple and collected, cared for with love and characterized by the welcoming spirit of a boat that is also a home. There are 4 cabins (one for the crew) and two bathrooms. On board we try never to occupy the dinette to ensure maximum comfort for our guests; the boat can comfortably accommodate 6 people in the case of families with children, when our guests are all adults we prefer not to travel with more than 5 people. Each cabin has its own 12 V power socket and the boat has a 3.5 kW generator for 220 V power. Other technical details and equipment: Sloop rig, rigging 2018, full batten mainsail, lazy bag, genoa roller shutter, staysail on mobile tripod and flying shrouds, Iveco Aifo 95 hp engine, 220V Mase 3.5 KW generator set, Simrad GPS chart, VHF, Delta 20 Kg anchor, Quick anchor windlass 2015, 3.20 m tender with outboard motor 3 , 5 hp, diesel oil 500 liters, water 600 liters, water heater, fridge, gas cooker, microwave, stereo with CD player, large awning, sheets.

Other important information
We advise you to bring only the necessary necessary storage in bags
or soft bags (no trolley!) that can be stowed once emptied.
Indispensable a pair of shoes to be used only by boat.
Do not forget a summer sleeping bag, a type anorak k-way, and a hat for shelter from the sun.
We do not recommend bringing "superfluous" type 220 volt devices hair dryer (you find it on board), hair straightener, razors electric etc ..
In each cabin there is a 12 volt socket for charging electronic devices, so we advise you to bring chargers with usb connection.
Only biodegradable products are used on board for personal hygiene.
