Discovering the island of Elba , in its quieter coves and in its most fascinating places, with an exhilarating experience of culinary delicacies, cooked with a combination of fine white, red and sparkling wines explained by a Fisar sommelier .
We complete the weekend's proposal with a 7 km ring trekking Viticcio - Capo d'Enfola.

THE PROGRAM
We are waiting for you at the Marina di Salivoli by 9pm on Friday and then let go of the moorings around 9.30pm. Night navigation to the harbor of Portoferraio, where after anchoring we will begin dinner with dishes specially prepared with the first of the food / wine combinations with three different types of wine explained by a Fisar sommelier.

In the following morning we will sail for a short distance until we reach the Gulf of Viticcio, where we will descend for an easy loop trekking VITICCIO / CAPO D'ENFOLA of about 7 km , and then return at lunchtime to taste the second set of combinations, dishes / wine . In the afternoon we move to the port of Portoferraio, where we will go down to briefly visit the Medici fortresses at sunset, stroll through the streets of the center and have dinner in a typical Elban restaurant.

Sunday morning we will sail and sail along the north coast of Elba until we stop in a quiet bay, where we will serve the third lunch with the related explanations on the paired wines .

In the afternoon, return to Marina di Salivoli by 6 pm.
