You can embark the evening before departure after 7 p.m., We will immediately have the briefing to get to know each other, to decide the itinerary of the holiday and the lunch menu.

The next morning we will start the cruise and head to our destination.

This cruise includes the practice of YOGA and SAILING lessons on the boat. This will allow you to practice Yoga immersed in the peace and silence of beautiful coves, be the protagonists of a unique, engaging experience, which will allow you not only to focus on yourself, but to meet new friends with whom to share moments of pleasant sharing,

There will be three Yoga classes and two sailing classes on board.

Every day we will start with the HARHA YOGA class before departure; the MEDITATION class will be done before lunch and the PRANAYAMA class before dinner.

Sailing lessons can be done both while sailing and when we stop at anchor.
