Boarding from the port of Formia by 11.30 a.m. Luggage storage and cabin assignment. After a short briefing we cast off the moorings! We raise the sails and sail towards Ponza. Lunch on board during the cruise. We will moor at the Natural Arch ready to explore the coast with the SUP or take epic swims. In the late afternoon we move to the Frontone area, where we will drop anchor. Possibility of an aperitif at sunset on the boat or on land. Evening at leisure and dinner on land. A taxi service is available to get back on board (at any time).

Breakfast on board and then leave the moorings in the direction of Palmarola. We reach the island in about 1 hour of navigation. We will make stops in the various coves (Spermeaturo, Cala Brigantina, La French) to swim, explore the area, snorkel and sip a beer. Aperitif at sunset. At this point 2 possibilities:

Spend the night in Palmarola in a protected bay and in absolute silence and surrounded only by the moonlight. Of course, dinner on board.

Return to Ponza for the night. We will moor in the Frontone area, dinner on board and evening at leisure. You can go ashore, at any time, by means of a taxi service.
