This experience, in a nutshell

The Aeolian Islands represent a perfect mix of breathtaking landscapes, crystal clear sea and wild nature, all immersed in an atmosphere rich in history and tradition. This volcanic archipelago, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is made up of seven main islands, each with its own unique identity, and offers an unforgettable sailing experience.

During the cruise you will sail between Lipari, Salina, Vulcano, Panarea, Stromboli, Alicudi and Filicudi, choosing the most suitable itinerary based on weather and sea conditions. Each stage will be an opportunity to discover hidden bays, perfect seabeds for snorkeling, black or white sand beaches, and spectacular volcanic landscapes.

Lipari, the largest and liveliest of the islands, will be the constant point of reference, with a reserved berth that always guarantees access to water, electricity and all services. Its lively nightlife, typical restaurants and small shops make every stop a pleasure.

Salina will conquer with its vineyards and green hills, ideal for a taste of Malvasia or a dinner overlooking the sea. Vulcano, with its fumaroles and mud pools, offers a unique geothermal experience. Panarea fascinates with its discreet elegance and transparent waters, while Stromboli offers unique emotions with its spectacular eruptions, visible even from the sea. Alicudi and Filicudi, finally, are the wildest and most authentic islands, where time seems to have really stopped.

This cruise is designed for those who want to immerse themselves in the authentic beauty of the Mediterranean, alternating moments of relaxation in the roadstead, explorations on land and evenings under the stars in a natural and cultural context of rare beauty.

The cruise will depart from Lipari, heading to Vulcano, where we will make a first stop in the beautiful bays facing east. We will then sail along the west coast of the island, going up the next day along the western side of Lipari.

We will continue towards Salina, with a stop in the picturesque bay of Rinella, and then head towards the wildest islands: Alicudi and Filicudi. From there, we will set sail for Stromboli, to admire Punta del Monaco, and finally we will descend towards Panarea, with a swim stop at Punta Torrione, to return on the evening of the last day to Lipari.

The program may vary according to weather and sea conditions and the preferences of the crew. For those who want a more relaxing holiday, it is possible to organize day trips or one/two days, with magnificent baths and return to the port of Pignataro, where we have a private mooring with water, electricity and the opportunity to enjoy the lively nightlife of the island, all included in the price. Sailing among the Pontines

08/6/2023

Francesco F.

Luigi is an excellent skipper with extensive experience in sailing and sailing, as well as knowing the Pontine Islands perfectly, always choosing the most suitable place to stop based on sea and weather conditions and safely. It also gave us the opportunity to deepen our knowledge and ability to steer the boat leaving us plenty of space and making us make beautiful sails. The boat is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Unfortunately due to the weather our holiday lasted about 2 days less than expected, we could not reach Ventotene and we only made a touch in Palmarola. We must also consider that the crossing from Ostia to the Pontine (and vice versa) is quite demanding (about 9 hours), especially if the sea conditions are not optimal. Perhaps it sins a bit in communication, sometimes taking some things for granted, especially at an organizational level or for those who have no experience on the boat.

Recommended experience!! Unforgettable holiday!! Luigi great captain, skipper and sailing instructor, managed all situations safely, despite the wave and strong wind. He transmits the passion for the sea and the world of sailing, available in all explanations, knows the islands and its secrets. Excellent cook engages you with his wonderful tales. The boat is lived, cozy and clean. The trip was wonderful also for the presence of the second skipper super Giangio. The exceptional adventure companions, many emotions experienced together... I can only speak well of the skipper and his deputy Giandrea, friendly and helpful people but above all lovers of the sea. Luigi continuously dispenses sailing lessons and transmits calm even when the weather is not the best! Finally I can say that I did a full immersion of sailing, we really used the engine only when essential, moreover Luigi knows the area well and gave us many tips. I will definitely repeat the experience with them, everything was made unforgettable by a wonderful crew. Alexander
