This experience, in a nutshell

This cruise from Paros to Athens takes you to discover the Western Cyclades, islands where mass tourism has not yet arrived, where taverns are family-run and where every bay hides a surprise.

Aboard our boat, an ocean-going boat built to circumnavigate the world, you will experience seven days of authentic sailing in the Aegean. Fast, stable and safe, this boat has been designed to take on the oceans, guaranteeing you exceptional performance and absolute comfort as you sail the blue waters of the Cyclades.

Every morning, the aroma of Italian coffee. For lunch, fresh salads and dishes prepared with ingredients bought in local markets. In the evening, gourmet dinners in the bay or in the typical taverns of the villages. Your experienced skippers turn into on-board chefs, cooking traditional Mediterranean dishes every day. Eating on deck at sunset, with the wind whispering in the shrouds, is a privilege that only life on a boat can give.

A Journey Through History, Nature and Tradition Serifos: The Wild Beauty

First stop in the hidden paradise of Koutalas, a deserted bay where the silence is broken only by the sound of the waves. Then Livadi and its spectacular Chora clinging to the mountain: a staircase that climbs towards the sky, up to the highest church, from which the view takes your breath away.

Syros: The Beating Heart of the Cyclades

Sailing upwind to Syros to visit Ermopouli, the capital of the archipelago. A true city that embraces the port, with the old town climbing the hill, a maze of narrow streets and unique perspectives on the Cyclades. Here Greece shows a different, elegant and cosmopolitan face.

Kythnos: The Wild Island

Deserted bays that can only be reached by sea, such as Agios Stefanos, where you will spend a night under the stars in total solitude. This is the privilege of sailing: accessing places that the mainland cannot reach.

Kea: Tradition and Tranquility

Protected bays on the north coast for lunch, then the large cove of Agios Nikolaos where you can moor in the local marinas. Chora is worth an evening visit, with its illuminated narrow streets and taverns where time has stopped.

Makronisos: The Grand Finale

A spectacular and deserted bay, perfect for the last dip before reaching Lavrio, on the outskirts of Athens.

Navigations for All, Emotions Forever

This cruise is also perfect for those who are new to sailing: short but sporty sailing, with upwind edges that will make you feel the true essence of sailing. Our sailboat, with its speed and maneuverability, responds dynamically on the waves.

But it is also ideal for those looking for a relaxed itinerary without sacrificing the thrill of real navigation. The skippers will teach you the secrets of the wind, or simply let you enjoy the view while they manage the boat.

Leg 1

Sabato: Paroikia

An Adventure That Begins with a Toast

Boarding in the late afternoon in Paroikia Paros, welcome toast and accommodation in the respective cabins. With the sun peeping out we set sail for Antiparos. We anchor in a quiet bay where you can take a dip in the clear water before dinner prepared and served on board by your skippers.

Leg 2

Sunday: Serifos

The day begins with waking up on the boat and a breakfast prepared by the cockpit skippers will not miss steaming Italian coffee, Greek yogurt and local fruit.

Once the anchor is raised, the boat will glide between the rocks that surround the entrance to the bay like stone guardians. This is where you will feel the first real thrill of sailing: the boat picks up speed, the wind fills the sails, and suddenly you are part of the Aegean.

The route is usually wide upwind, one of the most fun and thrilling gaits. The boat shows all its power: it glides over the water with elegance while the bow cuts through the blue waves.

Serifos will appear on the horizon, with the white Chora crowning the mountain.

We'll anchor in the large bay of Koutalas, a natural amphitheater with crystal clear turquoise waters. Afternoon of diving, snorkeling and absolute relaxation.

At sunset, dinner on board prepared by the skippers, while the sky is tinged with orange and the silence of the bay envelops you.

Leg 3

Monday: Chora of Serifos

The morning is dedicated to total relaxation: swimming in the crystal clear waters, walking on the deserted beach, or simply lazing on the deck with a book in hand.

Mid-morning we move to a nearby bay for lunch at anchor, where skippers will prepare fresh dishes while you enjoy the wild views of the Serifos coast.

In the afternoon we set sail for Livadi, the large bay that houses the main port of the island.

From Livadi there is a nice walk that goes up to Chora (for the lazy ones there is a bus). A long staircase climbs between white houses and bougainvillea, crossing the old village to the church at the highest point of the island.

Once at the top, the view is breathtaking: Livadi at your feet embraced by the sea, the nearby islands emerging from the Aegean, our boat anchored in the bay like a white dot, and the sun starting to set dyeing everything gold.

Dinner in a tavern in Chora or Livadi

Leg 4

Martedi: Syros

The day begins with an upwind sail to Syros.

In the late morning we reach a protected bay on the southwest coast of Syros, where we drop anchor for lunch. The skippers prepare a fresh meal while you enjoy the calm and transparent waters: diving, snorkeling, or simply resting in the shade of the bimini.

Finikas, the picturesque seaside village, will welcome us for the night.

Do not miss a visit to Ermoupoli is a real city that embraces the port with neoclassical buildings, elegant squares and nineteenth-century theaters. It is a different face of the Cyclades: refined, cosmopolitan, rich in history.

The old town, Ano Syros, is perched on the mountain: a maze of hundreds of narrow streets where cats are the real masters, flowered balconies overlooking the void, and sudden breathtaking panoramic views.

Dine in one of the typical taverns of Ermoupoli or Finikas, savoring local specialties.

Leg 5

Wednesday: Kythnos

We sail up the wild west coast of Syros, making fun upwind edges along rugged cliffs and hidden bays.

In the middle of the day we anchor in a protected bay for lunch. The skippers prepare fresh dishes while you enjoy the absolute silence of a place where time seems to have stopped. Dive into the crystal clear waters, snorkel among the rocks, or simply relax on deck.

In the afternoon, with a long edge we head west towards Kythnos, the wildest and most authentic island of the western Cyclades.

We anchor in a deserted bay reachable only by boat, a natural amphitheater surrounded by rocks and Mediterranean scrub. No road, no house, just the sea, nature and us.

Dinner prepared by the skippers: the silence is broken only by the gentle breaking of the waves and the song of cicadas. After dinner, a starry sky like you've never seen before.

Leg 6

Thursday : Kea

A beautiful sail takes us to Kea, the island where, according to legend, Ulysses was held by the nymph Calypso.

In the middle of the day we reach a beautiful bay on the north coast, protected and with transparent waters. Still at sea, lunch prepared by the skippers, and then an afternoon of total relaxation: swimming, snorkeling, or lazing on the deck under the Greek sun.

In the late afternoon we move to the large cove of Agios Nikolaos, where we will moor in one of the two small marinas.

For those who want, there is the possibility of taking a taxi to visit Chora, perched on the hills. A traditional village with cobbled streets, Cycladic houses and a few taverns.

Dinner in Chora savoring local specialties: artisanal cheeses, island wine and traditional dishes.

Return on board under the stars, with the scent of the Mediterranean scrub descending from the hills.

Another perfect day of sea, sailing and discovery.

Leg 7

Friday : Paradise Bay

We anchor in a spectacular deserted bay. Crystal clear waters that fade from blue to turquoise, completely isolated golden sand beach, reachable only by sea.

Here we will experience the last moments of paradise: lunch prepared by the skippers in this dream setting, final dives into the transparent waters, souvenir photos of an unforgettable experience.

It's the perfect time to reflect on the past week: the sporty sailings, the deserted bays, the breathtaking sunsets, the authentic flavors of Greece, the laughter shared on board.

In the afternoon we set sail for the last navigation to Lavrio, the port on the outskirts of Athens. The sail is lowered with a hint of melancholy, as the Attic coast approaches.

Evening mooring in Lavrio. Last dinner all together on board, toasting to a perfect week and to the new friends conquered.

Leg 8

Sabato: Lavrio

Breakfast on board calmly, last photos, exchange of contacts. Then it's time to disembark.

You take with you indelible memories, new sailing skills, and the promise of returning to the Aegean soon.

Annalisa and Lorenzo are first and foremost two wonderful people. Then they are two very experienced sailors: they have sailed around the world; they know the waters of the Aegean by heart. Finally, they are also great as cooks: where do you find the barbecue on the boat and the freshly hand-pulled egg pasta below deck? Only from them! The bays where they took us were breathtaking.

An exceptional holiday! Challenging sea conditions but two professionals proceeded impeccably. Together we sailed sublimely, overcoming adversity, finding ourselves immersed in a true and uncontaminated reality. Undoubtedly a recommendable holiday but I always suggest doing it with the mentality of those who want to help a companion (not a skipper), of those who want to savor intense and sincere realities forgetting some secondary comforts. Finally, special mention to the culinary skills of Lorenzo and Annalisa. Super
