The participation fee includes:

-skipper

-motorized tender

- Final cleaning

- fresh water and gas consumption

- Tender fuel

-insurance

-SUP

- car parking, (if the departure will be made from the Tourist Port of Rome in Ostia)

-crockery

- sunbathing mats

-sailing school (if interested)

The participation fee does NOT include

- Food and drinks

- tourist tax (40€ per day to be divided among the whole crew)

- stop in any ports and / or marinas (not for departure and return)

-Hostess on board €150/day (only on request)

-Bed linen and towels (available on request at 10€ for the set of towels and 15€ for the set of double sheets)

- Fuel consumption when you do not sail with sails alone calculated at 10 € / hour, the hours of motor navigation performed will be counted, as per the meter on the boat's control panel and will be paid at the end of the cruise, dividing the amount among all guests.

In reality, it depends a lot on you: if you want to go to port several times, if you want to buy a lot of alcohol for aperitifs, etc., since the galley greatly influences the final expense. The thing that has the least impact is the fuel, which at most can reach € 10/15 per person per day and the tourist tax which will amount to between € 20 and € 40 in total each, in total these two items that are essential amount to less than € 100. What will most affect the final expenditure of the common fund will be, as already mentioned, the expense for the galley and moorings in the ports.

Being experts in the area we already have an indicative program on how to make the most of your time in the archipelago, the details of the movements and stops can be worked out by the crew together with the skipper. In general:

Navigation between the islands of the archipelago, stops and anchorages in the coves of the islands of Palmarola, Ponza and Ventotene also with visits to

land, exploration of roadsteads and hidden caves by tender and SUP

The itinerary is indicative and may vary depending on weather and sea conditions and according to the preferences and needs of the guests.

A few minutes of delay does not compromise the departure in any way. The skipper will have no problem waiting for you, the important thing is that the delay is not excessive out of respect for the whole crew.

More or less three weeks before the cruise, we will create a group chat to coordinate all the participants of the crew, the fact of the early arrival concerns the galley, in our opinion it is aggregating to go shopping together once we have drawn up a sort of list agreed on everyone, it is a way to start the holiday even before setting sail. Anyway, these details will be discussed on the group, so don't worry about the delay (if slight) but let us know :)

Don't worry about the return time, if there is someone who, like you, has priorities, we will have plenty of time to coordinate in the group chat that will be created a month before departure and meet everyone's needs.
