Biograd can be reached by car via the A1 motorway (Zagreb-Split corridor) with exit towards Benkovac or Zadar and continue on state and regional roads in the direction of the coast (state road D8, Jadranska magistrala); distance and approximate times: Zadar approx. 29 km (~30 minutes), Split approx. 155 km (~1 hour 40 minutes), Zagreb approx. 295 km (~3 hours 15 minutes); There are public parking lots and rest areas near the city center.

The most useful train stations are Benkovac and Zadar: Benkovac is served by lines on the Zagreb-Split route, Zadar has train connections that require bus transfer for the final stretch; from the two airports you can continue to Biograd by regional bus or taxi, average transfer times by car or bus from Benkovac 25-35 minutes and from Zadar 30-45 minutes depending on the starting point and traffic; the routes and timetables are operated by the Croatian Railways (HŽ) and local road transport companies.

The nearest airport is Zadar Airport (ZAD), about 25-35 km from Biograd with transfer times by car or shuttle around 25-35 minutes; Split Airport (SPU) is about 70-90 km away and takes about 1 hour 10-1 hour 40 by car, while Zagreb Airport (ZAG) is about 3 and a half hours driving; from the main airports you can continue by bus, taxi, private transfer or car rental to reach Biograd.

The atmosphere that reigns on the boat is serene and informal, and all people will be involved in the activities on board (such as cooking, keeping the boat tidy, etc.), in order to preserve the spirit of sharing that characterizes this type of holiday. These activities, which are boring at home, will instead be experienced as pleasant moments of conviviality.

Travelling light is recommended: especially in summer, when you will almost exclusively be wearing swimwear, T-shirts, and shorts on the boat during the day. A sweatshirt and long pants for the evening may be sufficient in the height of summer, while something warmer is preferable in the cooler months, as well as a waterproof windbreaker in case of bad weather or when sailing. Sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun, flip-flops/sandals for going ashore; if you want to wear shoes on board - especially useful when sailing - they must have white soles and be used only on the boat. It may also be useful to bring a small waterproof container for your wallet/cell phone to use when going ashore. For bed linen and towels, please refer to the “What's included” section.

A soft bag is required for transporting luggage, so that it can be easily stowed away. Hard suitcases and trolleys should be avoided, as they are difficult, if not impossible, to stow. A small backpack or beach bag may be useful for shore excursions.
