This experience, in a nutshell

A new sailing adventure to discover the SEDUCTIVE SEA OF SARDINIA but also of CORSICA among wild lands, archaeological sites, TREKKING, pristine beaches, driven by the wind from the Golfo Aranci to the islands of MOLARA, TAVOLARA, LA MADDALENA, SPARGI, BUDELLI, SANTA MARIA, RAZZOLI, BUDELLI, LAVEZZI, CAVALLO AND BONIFACIO.

We will also sail among the stars and dolphins that will guide us to new places to discover, we will go ashore to participate in excursions, guided tours, cultural events, tastings of local food, songs and dances.

The Boat

Sailboat designed and engineered by the famous Vallicelli studio.

It was purchased by skipper Luca after 2 years of research to have a boat that met the needs of crew comfort, safety in extreme navigation and speed.

THE EXTERIOR

All equipment is the best:

Harken for winches, blocks and stoppers.

With its length of 15.5 meters, its draft of 2.5 meters and its hull lines designed to favor speed, it has an excellent ratio between sail plan and hull so it has great speed of reaction to ocean rudder maneuvers and acceleration speed, as well as great stability in the water so it seems to be on a track and manages to transform the most treacherous waves into gentle hills without any suffering.

Hull and deck made with the diversified polyester sandwich technique for which not even osmosis is a problem, in fact the water and electrical systems, the seacocks are new and enjoys a perfect engine increased to 100 horsepower.

Double cockpit for the comfort of the less sporty, awnings and splash guards, sundeck in deckhouse and deck covered entirely in teak make this wonderful boat absolutely livable from which it will be difficult to get off.

Once inside we realize that we are on a sailboat called Confort Luxury, in fact it has spacious and well-kept interiors with fine woods even where not necessary.

A V-shaped forward cabin with wardrobe, storage rooms, jugs and USB sockets

Two bunk cabins with staggered beds, wardrobe, jug and USB sockets

Two aft double cabins with wardrobe and storage room, bagiuor, USB sockets and EACH ONE WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM.

Bathrooms with attention to detail with shower and electric toilet, sink and lockers.

Kitchen with triple retractable stove and large pantries for food and drinks.

Two sinks and a tap for salt water located in the island under the staircase leaving ample comfort for cooking.

Elegant central dinette with soft lighting and C-shaped sofa that converts into a bed.

Day 1

Welcome drink and cabin accommodation

Briefing on safety and handling of the boat

Galley arrangement, dinner, and group knowledge

Departure for the night roadstead among the stars.

Leg 2

Costa Smeralda and Caprera

Day 2

Breakfast on board and departure at 08:00

Marine activities and 1st Alternating lesson on maneuvers, instrumentation and safety

The stops: from SPIAGGIA DI MARINELLA to PORTO ROTONDO, PETRA RUJA, CALA VOLPE, CALA DEL PEVERO, BAJA SARDINIA, CAPO D'ORSO.

At sunset we will be in the waters that bathe CAPRERA where we will spend the evening after an aperitif in the middle of the sea.

Overnight on board, at anchor under the stars.

Leg 3

Caprera - Maddalena - Spargi

Day 3

Awakening and departure at about 09:00

2nd Lesson on gaits, shifts and controls at the wheelhouse, navigation and safety

Marine activities, lunch and circumnavigation of CAPRERA AND MADDALENA where we will make stops on the most beautiful and evocative bays

Arrival in Maddalena port around 18/19:00*Dinner on land and overnight at the mooring

Leg 4

From the island of Spargi to Lavezzi

Day 4

Breakfast and departure at about 09:00

3° Alternating lesson on manoeuvres, shifts and commands at the helm and safety until you reach CALA CORSARA on the island of Spargi.

Then we move to the central bay of the 3 islands of BUDELLI/RAZZOLI AND SANTA MARIA where we will discover all their wonderful beaches and coves among the smooth granite rocks for fantastic snorkeling.

In the late afternoon we move to the island of LAVEZZI for an aperitif and dinner. Overnight on board, at anchor under the stars.

Leg 5

Sud Corsica Island & Bonifacio

Day 5

Awakening, marine activities and excursion on foot to LAVEZZI and then the island of CAVALLO

At the end of the morning we will reach the island of PIANA for lunch, where it will be possible to rent windsurfing, kite-surfing, etc., or dive into crystal clear waters and go around the island.

We continue around 18.00 the navigation to pass the Strait of BONIFACIO and moor for dinner in the suggestive port of BONIFACIO.

Dinner on land and overnight at the berth

Leg 6

CapoTesta, PortoPollo, Caprera

Day 6

Free morning on BONIFACIO.

Departure at 12:00 for CAPO TESTA where we will have lunch

In the early afternoon we will reach PORTO POLLO and the unvisited bay of CAPRERA around dinner time.

Alternating eyes always on maneuvers and instruments.

Dinner on board and overnight at anchor under the stars.

Leg 7

Smeralda and the home of dolphins

Day 7

Breakfast and departure at about 10:00 for the last navigation to Golfo Aranci

Eyes on manoeuvres, instrumentation and safety

Stop for lunch in CAPRICCIOLI and last afternoon dip at the islet of FIGAROLO, a habitual place of a family of dolphins.

Arrival in port at 16/17:00 for disembarkation.

FOR THOSE WHO CONTINUE THEIR JOURNEY stay in thecity until the next day's re-embarkation towards ASINARA (dinner in the village and overnight stay in the port)

Il mio primo weekend in barca a vela è coinciso con l'ultimo giro di boa della MobyDick all'Isola dell'Elba. Grazie all'equipaggio ben assortito e con un ottimo spirito di adattamento, unitamente all'esperienza e all'estro del nostro skipper Luca, posso dire di aver condiviso una bellissima esperienza! Pronta a salpare di nuovo ;)

Ottimo skipper, ottima compagnia e ottima vacanza. Luca è uno skipper molto competente e sempre disponibile ad assecondare le richieste degli ospiti, ponendosi sempre con grandi sorrisi giovialità. Se volete fare vacanze in Toscana, lui è sicuramente uno dei migliori, disposto ad insegnare anche nozioni di vela.
