Our proposal for BenEssere sailing holidays is aimed at all those who love to be totally united with nature, and for those who want to recreate a greater contact with themselves.

The choice to sail, anchoring in solitary bays, will help us to recreate that thin bridge, which unites men to creation, making us discover sailing also as a form of Meditation.

The more sporty guests on board will be able to collaborate in the management of the boat with the skipper, thus receiving the first practical notions or perfecting the techniques of coastal and offshore sailing.

We have chosen the islands of the Greek Ionian Sea for their beauty and scents, for the light, for the contrast between the green of the vegetation and the deep blue of the sea, for the intense blue of the sky, for the enchanting bays and the characteristic marinas, where you can anchor and carry out the activities of the Well Being, such as Reiki treatments, moments of Meditation and Yoga sessions.

The crew is made up of Fabrizio, an Italian skipper with a Greek license since 2005 with 35 years of sailing experience, artist, Reiki and Meditation teacher.

Sari is an assistant skipper and cook, of Finnish nationality, editorial advertising graphic designer and expert practitioner of Yoga, companion in life and adventure.

During the week you will discover the most enchanting corners of the Ionian archipelago, such as the islands of Othoni, Erikoussa, Corfu, Paxos, Antipaxos, Lefkada, Meganisi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos, Ithaca, Kefalonia and Zakynthos.

Embarkations and disembarkations will be scheduled where airports with international flights are operating, such as: Corfu, Preveza/Lefkada, Argostoli/Sami (Kefalonia), Zakinthos (Zakynthos).

For those who decide to reach Ionian Greece by ferry, they will arrive in Sivota from the port of Igoumenitsa for boarding.

During the week, depending on the weather and sea conditions, you will sail between the islands, you will choose to drop anchor in the most evocative bays to carry out activities such as Swimming, Snorkeling, Sup (Stand up paddle), and you will live the experience of sleeping at anchor under the stars!

Being anchored in the bay will allow you to receive a Reiki treatment before sunset, or to practice Meditation or Yoga, and after a light aperitif, we will be ready for a tasty mainly vegetarian dinner, prepared by Sari.

The next morning, a hearty breakfast will kick off a new day full of sun, sea, sailing and music.

During the week there will be stops in the characteristic villages of the Ionian islands, to have dinner in the typical Greek tavern in good company!
