This experience was born from the idea of experiencing the sea in an authentic way, slowing down the pace and rediscovering the pleasure of simple things: the wind in the sails, the silence of navigation, contact with nature and the well-being of body and mind.

During the week you will have the opportunity not only to relax, but also to get closer to the world of sailing. Those who wish can actively participate in the maneuvers and learn the basics of sailing directly on board, sharing the experience with a passionate skipper with over twenty years of experience in the sea, sailor, surfer and water sports lover.

The holiday will be enriched by moments dedicated to well-being and movement. Our sailor, a certified Yoga Alliance instructor and Functional Trainer recognized by CONI, will offer yoga, mobility, breathing, meditation and functional training sessions, always in an optional way and adapted to the needs, abilities and preferences of the group. The goal is not performance, but well-being, balance and the pleasure of feeling good together.

Great attention will also be paid to nutrition, with simple, genuine meals oriented towards a healthy and energetic lifestyle, designed to best accompany the week's activities without sacrificing taste and conviviality.

This is not a fitness holiday, nor a sailing school, nor a traditional yoga retreat. It is a balanced combination of all these experiences, built around the sea, nature, sharing and the freedom to live each day at your own pace.
