This experience, in a nutshell

The islands of the Saronika-Saronic Gulf are a perfect destination for lovers of Greece and sailing who want to combine the relaxed atmosphere of the Greek islands with the charm of the capital. A very easy area to reach from Piraeus.

Located on the southern side of the gulf, opposite Athens, the islands of the Saronic Gulf allow you to immerse yourself in the island reality, despite being a short distance from the capital. Like all the islands of Greece, each has its own atmosphere and culture, which allows you to range between archaeological sites, seaside resorts and escapes into nature. The islands boast sophisticated architecture set in beautiful scenery, combined with great scenic beauty and a well-preserved natural environment, wonderful archaeological sites and rich vestiges.

The distances are short, the navigation is mostly relaxed and alternated with the possibility of numerous stops between coves and villages to be discovered on each island and on the coast: the landings are close and we will combine sailing with the discovery of the islands and their treasures, enjoying the sea, the excellent food and the beauty of the villages scattered all along the way. With the huge city of Athens as a backdrop, we will visit islands that are all different and beautiful, each with its own grace and history; The navigation is not demanding and the distances are short, which leaves us time for a first swim and to relax in some wonderful rooms. bay and at the same time to visit the islands and villages of the archipelago.

Our itinerary

Aegina is famous for the Doric temple dedicated to the goddess Aphaia, The port is lively and on weekends Athenians fleeing the hustle and bustle of the city mingle with the lively community of islanders. In Aegina a delicious pistachio is produced and consumed, exported throughout Europe. Nearby Angistri is an oasis of peace and tranquility. Poros is separated from the mountainous territory of the Peloponnese by a narrow channel. The pastel-colored houses are arranged along the slopes of a hill, dominated by a clock tower and create a picturesque picture. The island thus boasts a characteristic town and a wooded and lush hinterland. Hydra is a beautiful island without motor vehicles: you will not find cars or scooters in Hydra, but only paved alleys with marble bowls, donkeys, rocks and the sea. It is considered the gem of the archipelago, it has attracted illustrious artists over the years. Its stone houses dominate the picturesque port, The movements of heavy loads are entrusted to mules, which together with the mountainous and rugged nature give the island two faces, one chic and one rustic. Spetses combines elegance, seafaring tradition and nature. Its neoclassical villas, horse-drawn carriages and refined waterfront evoke the charm of Greece from another era. The bays of Zogeria and Agia Paraskevi, surrounded by green pine forests, are among the most beautiful in the entire archipelago and offer safe anchorages in emerald waters.

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

Fabulous holiday. The itinerary traced by our skipper allowed us to mix time and experiences both at sea and on land very well. The stages he selected gave us immemorial baths in uncrowded coves characterized by very clean waters. Andrea was very professional, competent, public, and always attentive to the safety of the entire crew. Furthermore, with his calmness and infinite patience he managed to create a pleasant and convivial atmosphere among all his guests. We spent evenings in the roadstead under starry really difficult to forget. The management of the kitchen has never created disagreements as well as the management of the common fund. As a first boat holiday experience and overall it was positive; Andrea is a very good skipper and has a good character. The only flaw is the somewhat reduced space, I think the boat is suitable for a group of up to 6 people so that you can move around more easily, and I would have preferred a slightly more organized management of meals. We have seen wonderful posts and I hope to be able to repeat the experience.

Andrea is the best boat and adventure captain you can find, he is fluent in sailing and knows how to make the group feel comfortable. A success!
