This experience, in a nutshell

A holiday of relaxation, joy and discovery of the magnificent Egadi Islands

We will sail on a Leopard 38, a comfortable catamaran, strong and robust, equipped with 4 cabins (one will be for the crew) and two bathrooms, barbecue, 2 sups, masks and snorkels to discover the beauty of the seabed and a tender equipped with a 15 hp engine.

You will be guided and pampered by me (skipper) and my wife Barbara (assistant sailor) to discover small bays and breathtaking views; You will enjoy suggestive sunsets in the company of new friends and unspoiled nature.

Our itinerary will start from Marsala to visit the beautiful Egadi Islands.

We have chosen to limit the maximum number of guests to 6 in order to give a quality service where the spaces are well usable as they are not crowded and chaotic.

Even the fact that the crew will occupy a room will ensure that the dinette will always be free, tidy and available to guests.

The Boat

Built in South Africa and born from the close collaboration between Robertson and Caine and Morrelli and Melvin (designers of world record catamarans such as PlayStation), this catamaran represents a perfect combination of performance and comfort, thanks also to a decisive narrowing of the submerged part of the hulls and a generous sail plan. Other interesting features include a top-notch anchoring system, a comfortable tender crane with an electric winch, and two 30 HP diesel engines for good performance even when powered.

The cockpit:
The Leopard 38 features a large cockpit with an outdoor dining area and versatile ergonomic seating for maximum comfort; This arrangement makes the stern of the boat extremely livable, creating a "terrace overlooking the sea" from which you can enjoy the view, sipping a drink with your feet in the water and experiencing stops at anchor in close contact with nature.
A functional hard-top bimini protects the cockpit area and helm station, where all the main sail controls are located.

The Bow:
At the bow there is a comfortable and spacious net that allows you to relax in the sun, or to enjoy the gait in close contact with the sea. The two large lockers in front of the dinette window, in addition to accommodating two fresh water tanks, provide support for comfortable reading in relaxation, or a space for a dance at sunset.

The Dinette:
The dinette design incorporates a spacious saloon area, with a large table surrounded by a long, comfortable seat and a galley facing aft with a service window overlooking the adjacent cockpit area. The large vertical front windows provide excellent protection from the sun and rain and allowed the designers to maximise the interior volume in the saloon area, with a height of 1.95 m.

From the following day we will leave for the other islands.

Depending on the weather and the preferences of the group, stops will be made at the islands.

Friday afternoon return to Marsala to disembark the next day by 9:00 am.

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.
