Mario is a competent and friendly skipper. The Egadi islands are beautiful and the boat is in good shape. It is a pity that 2 French-speaking fellow passengers had a lot of criticism, made little effort to involve the skipper in the conversations and were very present during the trip, to the displeasure of the other passengers.

Hello, I have mixed feelings about the overall nature of this trip, which was a first on a boat of this type. First of all, a welcome at the port without a welcome drink in the heat, a distant skipper from the very first moments. No preparation, between buying food, fresh fish etc 18 hours of waiting at the port on the boat .. After 3 days of a difficult attitude and communication with the skipper, he changes his appearance, surely remembering that we are customers. Sympathy is coming, and conviviality, it was about time. Concerning the communication of Sailsquare, plan budget because we had to pay in addition taxes to the different ports (about 40 euros per person per day) not negligible, in addition to the ship's cash and food crate.. You have to be aware that the holidays on this type of boat also depend on all the passengers and the skipper.

When we arrived in Marsala, we waited several hours on the dock before putting our luggage in the boat. Some went shopping. The next morning, a morning for the fishmonger. I would have preferred an organization that reduced the time of the races and a welcome drink at the finish (more friendly after hours of travel)more information on the organization of the trip and more communication from the skipper during the trip.

First time for me on a sailing boat, a more than positive experience, I appreciated Mario's dexterity and deep knowledge of the sea and the wind that led us to discover enchanted bays, seaside villages and culinary delights. to be repeated, for sure. Tidy and spacious boat.
