The experience of the boat is always unique, where new sensations and emotions are added to the possibility of finding some metaphors of life, such as the idea of reaching a certain destination (as if it were a project) that must be mediated with the wind and the sea (the external factors that influence us on a personal or professional level) or being at anchor in a bay at night (remaining attached to principles, values), despite the darkness and adverse weather (in uncertainty, with the difficulties and trials to which life subjects us).

But the memory of what we will experience will depend only on how much we will be able to detach ourselves from everyday reality ... Because casting off and seeing the land move away may not be enough for the moment of freedom and peace we are looking for.

This is why we thought of combining the two worlds, the sea and the mind: let's turn on the 4 arrows and start listening... Those who wish can be guided with body exercises, breathing, relaxation, energy activation, which we hope will turn into useful ideas to try every day.

Nothing can be improvised, so with me there will be Federica, psychotherapist with bioenergetic analysis and passionate about the sea and nature, enthusiastic to accompany us on a wonderful weekend / journey between "sea outside" and "sea inside".

All this will take place by sailing between the marine protected area of the Island of Bergeggi and the nature reserve of the Island of Gallinara, with the possibility of being at the helm in the different gaits that the wind will give us, but also with some aperitifs and with refreshing stops accompanied by good food. If the weather conditions permit, we will spend Saturday night anchored in a bay, in the company of the silence of the wind, the lapping of the waves, the light of the stars.

The presence of a maximum of 4 guests will give everyone the right space and privacy, with two double cabins, each with its own bathroom. A new, modern, owned boat, therefore taken care of in everything, from maintenance to cleaning, for a super comfortable, recharging and regenerating weekend.
