From this base it is possible to sail all along the ISTRIA with its Novigrad, Porec and Rovinj pearls and the Brijuni, Pola and Veruda islands.
From Novigrad to Porec.
We return to the sea and head towards the Limski Kanal, a characteristic "Nordic" fjord where we will anchor for healthy baths and lunch.
Driven by the north-east wind we will approach Rovinj , a peninsula city of unique beauty: we will visit the historic center.
From Rovinj to Veruda. Along the itinerary we will experience unique emotions in admiring the archipelago of the Brijuni islands, a naturalistic paradise unfortunately inaccessible to mass tourism. From Veruda to Porec. We will sail after the morning swim to head to the Isola Rossa for lunch and bathe in clear water.
We will then sail to reach Porec in the late afternoon.
A visit to the historic center and the cathedral is a must but we will not miss a good aperitif on the tower from which we will admire a romantic sunset, then we will prepare for the return.

review about North Dalmatia and Islands August 2020
On the boat in the summer you only need swimsuits, t-shirts and shorts or sarongs. Everything else will stay in the bag! But remember that even in the height of summer, a downpour can always come; the fresh wind is always there and the air in the evening can be a bit humid: so don't forget a sweatshirt, a jacket that protects from the wind, a thin fleece, (if it gets wet it dries in an instant!) and a pair of long pants.
Sandals or rock shoes are essential for hiking on the rocks. And don't forget a hat and sunglasses!
Since the stowage space is very limited, consider what to bring. Only one piece of luggage per person is recommended. On a boat you usually live barefoot, even if for navigations in strong winds by participating in the maneuvers, or when you go to the bow to maneuver with the anchor winch, we recommend the use of sandals with light rubber soles or shoes for tennis (antique type) of canvas. To go ashore you just need flip flops or slippers.
