Beautiful experience to discover the wonderful Egadi, made unforgettable by a skipper-chef and his precious assistant Maya. Max, always attentive to our safety, provided us with important indications to discover and enjoy each place to the fullest and delighted with its delicacies. Maya, exceptional woman, patient and helpful, welcomed us with warmth, pampered and spoiled throughout the holiday! The days have unfortunately passed quickly, but in the heart there have remained the landscapes, the crystal clear sea and the kindness of this beautiful couple. Highly recommended!

It is really difficult to get to Sicily and not be enraptured by the beauty of the places and the Egadi islands are no exception. Even more difficult is not to be conquered by the welcome of the Sicilians. The guest is welcomed as if he were a friend, a relative, someone special to take great care of. The love for one's own land and the desire and joy of sharing it with those who are lucky enough to spend some time there come strongly. Maximilian collects in himself all this and much more; great lover of the sea and excellent cuisine, it manages to satisfy even the most demanding guests with its fabulous dishes that far exceed the excellent local restaurants. Tireless and multifaceted, he will delight you with a tender ride in the magnificent caves, an ecological expedition of plastic recovery in the small bays or a cooking lesson for the sweet tooth. You return home enriched in soul and spirit (as well as in the belly!) with the desire to leave soon. Thank you!!

Chapeau to Maximilian and his son Jonathan. A beautiful cruise, for the extraordinary places, but above all for the human capital. Very beautiful boat and kept to perfection and 5-star hospitality, thanks to the delicacies prepared by the skipper chef, always ready to satisfy every desire involving guests, without ever losing their calm and creating an atmosphere of great harmony. We sailed, ate, played with the water and above all we laughed a lot, making the most of every hour of the day, at sea and on land. An experience to be repeated to discover and rediscover the true taste of Sicily. Thank you Max for this unforgettable week. See you soon, I hope.

Chapeau Max is a very good CHEF, the kitchen on board is a restaurant! He is always an attentive captain and despite the "sciroccazzo" he managed to make us see the Egadi in all their beauty. The boat is well maintained, the cushions are new. Co-Captain Jo is a good guy, always polite, really nice to see together father and son. For us it was the first time on a sailing boat and we really enjoyed the holiday,, so we recommend it.

On board Zizzania you will be pampered by the professionalism and friendliness of Captain Max who will make you discover the wonderful Egadi, as well as delight your palate with tasty dishes. Also worth mentioning is the sympathy and availability of Vice-Captain Jonathan; in short, there are all the credentials to spend a wonderful holiday ... you just have to set sail on board!

Wonderful holiday and highly recommended! Even more so if in addition to sailing you are also good forks! Massimiliano in addition to being a great skipper, is also a super top chef! Max and his son Jonathan took us to discover the Egadi islands by adjusting the program according to the weather. They welcomed us in an extraordinary way and were always available, ready to satisfy our every request. Max is an outstanding cook, I ate the best pasta to the norm. Max and his son Jonathan were simply EXTRAORDINARY. They took us to discover the real Egadi by wonderfully reading the wind and allowing us to take a private tour of beautiful Marettimo. If they had to comply with the original schedule it would not have been possible. In addition to this if we add a deep knowledge of the islands (with always excellent advice on where to eat and what to take) and the fantastic dishes of Max who were waiting for us at every lunch and dinner on Zizzania I can only recommend this experience absolutely. If you still have the slightest doubt whether to book with Max or not, take them off because it is absolutely worth it. Thank you so much Max and Jo!

Max and "Molla" Jo were exceptional travel companions both for availability and sympathy! Added value to the holiday: Max's dishes that awaited us after each bath, making the setting of the Egadi even more spectacular.

Maximilian was a discovery, perhaps even more surprising than the Egadi. To appreciate and love a place it is important to see it and live it with the eyes of those who love it and Massimiliano has transmitted this to me and to all my fellow adventurers. Welcoming and helpful, he made us feel 'comfortable', managing the boat impeccably on his own, in spite of the sirocco, showing us pristine corners and crystal clear waters. The surprise was to enjoy his cuisine.... Pasta with sardines, bottarga, alla Norma, shrimp couscous, sliced tuna... so much so that the restaurants we visited during the tour seemed inadequate and unsatisfactory. We miss you, Max, we will be back soon to sail with you!

Max with his Weeds made us appreciate the time and the authentic beauties of the Egadi Islands. Skipper with great experience, charisma and attentive to everyone's needs. Sicilian in the heart, he transmits the love and passion for these islands, he introduced us to special corners suspended between rock and sea, immerse ourselves in the turquoise of the sea and lose among the clusters of white and blue houses. The cruise lived up to expectations! Max made our crew of young and old live the beautiful turquoise sea of the Egadi, in safety and joy with all comforts. We enjoyed the delicacies of his cuisine and enjoyed a wonderful final sailing from Marettimo to Marsala. P.S. Unforgettable the final on board: European champions!

Imagine sailing aboard a 5 star hotel.... where you just have to worry about enjoying the view, the beautiful sea, pampered by lunches and dinners from a starred restaurant ... well Massimiliano and Maya gave us all this ... garnished with a wonderful company! They managed to make us relax and entertain the 3 children / pests who accompanied us, they advised us what to visit once on the ground as excellent tour operators ... always immersed in the landscape of what we have discovered to be among the most beautiful islands in the world!

An exceptional holiday! Sailing in a splendid place such as the Egadi, surrounded by history and beauty, and guided by Massimiliano, skipper of great experience and skill, very attentive to the needs and safety of the crew, together with his son Jonathan, very nice, very skilled and prepared, is priceless. Finally, we were pampered by the culinary skills of Massimo as a chef who delighted us with numerous local recipes. Can't wait to get back on board :))
