Un we tra le meraviglie di questo arcipelago incontaminato, alla scoperta delle isole Eolie e dell'incredibile bellezza di questa terra di vulcani. E al tramonto: un informale aperitivo in barca per degustare le eccellenze vinicole della regione e salutare l'estate 2018. Salpiamo da Marina di Portorosa, una struttura elegante e moderna, situata sulla costa settentrionale della Sicilia e raggiungibile comodamente dall'aeroporto di Catania tramite navetta. Da qui partiremo per fare rotta verso Vulcano Salina per poi rientrare a Portorosa.

Entrambi una eccellenza professionale ed umana difficile da trovare. Laura riesce a cucinare delle prelibatezze ogni giorno diverse ma sempre legate alla tradizione locale unita ad una costante disponibilità ad assecondare ogni esigenza del cliente. Giacomo attento conoscitore del mare e dei luoghi condizione necessaria per una crociera di interesse ma sempre in sicurezza! Ogni altro commento, sebbene di altissimo livello, rischierebbe di risultare riduttivo e confinare la loro straordinaria unicità.

FAVOLOSA VACANZA! Avete presente quando un gruppo di amici si ritrovano insieme e passano 7 giorni a ridere, scherzare, parlare di se stessi e non accorgersi del tempo che passa?? Beh, se non vi è mai capitato, allora non siete mai stati in barca con Giacomo e Laura, E' stata una vacanza bellissima, posti fantastici, cibo squisito e tanta allegria!

Giacomo e Laura sono stati due gradevolissimi host. La barca è bella e tenuta molto bene, molto pulita e ordinata. Il giro è ben organizzato senza contrattempi. Ottima la cucina! Grazie ancora!

If you are looking for the perfect way to explore these stunning islands, look no further. From the moment we stepped on board, Giacomo and Laura welcomed us with warm smiles. Not only are they wonderful people, genuine and caring individuals, but they also proved to be amazing cooks, showcasing the freshest local ingredients and traditional flavours. While our adventure started with a minor setback when our anchor broke, they handled it with utmost professionalism. They adapted our itinerary to ensure that we didn't miss out on any of the wonders the Aeolian Islands had to offer. The breathtaking landscapes, crystal-clear waters, charming coastal towns, visit to the vineyard, the delicious meals, and the overall sense of adventure and relaxation were truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend choosing Giacomo and Laura as your hosts.
