Brief description of the holiday
We are waiting for you on board with a welcome drink, while we get to know each other and arrange the luggage we decide together the route we want to do during the week.
The choice of route will be determined by the weather conditions.
The general program includes visiting a different island every day: Lipari, Panarea, Stromboli, Salina, Filicudi, Alicudi, Vulcano .
Below we propose an indicative itinerary for our weeks
SATURDAY:
Boarding will be carried out in Lipari on Saturday at 17:00, after having stowed the luggage
the crew will offer you an aperitif and explain how the boat works. In the evening you will dine ashore in a restaurant recommended by the crew (at your own expense). We will stay overnight in port.
SUNDAY:
Sunday morning after having breakfast we will leave the moorings, we will make a stop at the pumice (30 minutes of navigation), swim in the turquoise waters, and after lunch we will set sail to head towards Panarea (2 hours of navigation), the smallest island. of the Aeolian Archipelago, if possible we will sail and the captain will explain the first notions of navigation, you will swim in the wonderful Cala Junco which is a protected marine reserve and in the late afternoon we will go to the buoy field where we will spend the night, it will be at your disposal the h.24 taxi boat service that will allow you to disembark as often as you want. At sunset we recommend an aperitif at the Raya which has a splendid terrace overlooking the sea, overlooking the islets of Basiluzzo, Dattilo and Lisca Bianca.
MONDAY:
Monday after breakfast we will go to Lisca Bianca where you can admire the underwater solfaroles, and after we will make a stop at the islet of Basiluzzo, where we will have lunch.
After lunch we will head for the island of Stromboli (2 hours of navigation). Iddu (he) as the inhabitants of the island call him, will leave you speechless, a volcano that rises above sea level for 1000 meters and is perennially active, we will skirt the Sciara del Fuoco and head to the buoy camp where we will stay overnight. , you will have the taxi boat service available until 11:45 pm. Excursions to the volcano must be booked in advance and are at your expense.
Tuesday:
On Tuesday after having breakfast we will drop the buoy, we will circumnavigate Strombolicchio and we will sail for the island of Salina (4 hours of navigation). We will give again to Capo Faro, after lunch we will make a stop in front of the village of Lingua, here you can visit the old salt pans now in disuse for some time and taste the best granita in the archipelago. In the late afternoon we will move to Santa Marina Salina where we will anchor, (those who want to stay overnight at the tourist marina must notify us before staying on board).
WEDNESDAY :
Wednesday morning after having breakfast we will go to the marvelous bay of Pollara where Massimo Troisi shot his latest film “Il Postino”. After lunch we will head to Alicudi, (3 hours of navigation), the westernmost island of the archipelago. Alicudi is the "most difficult" island but the most "real" and everything remained as it was, there are no roads but stairs, the goods are transported with mules, a small market and two restaurants, there are no shops, pharmacies and tobacconists, the atmosphere is magical. We will spend the night at the buoy camp.
THURSDAY :
Thursday morning after having breakfast we will drop the buoy and we will head for Filicudi, (1 hour of navigation), we will circumnavigate the Canna di Filicudi, a splendid monolith of lava rock 60 meters high, we will anchor in the west side where you can visit the Grotta del Bue Marino inside which there is a pebble beach. After lunch we will set sail to go to Pecorini, an enchanting hamlet which in winter is inhabited by 4 people. At sunset we recommend the excursion to the beautiful sight (30 minutes) from which you can admire a breathtaking view on the west side of the island, on the way back the aperitif at the small Saloon bar on the seafront. We will spend the night at the buoy camp.
FRIDAY :
Friday morning after having breakfast, we will drop the buoy to head towards Vulcano (3 hours and 30 minutes of navigation), where we will anchor at the western bay, at the bottom of the bay there is a volcanic sand beach. If you feel like it and if the weather permits you can take the excursion to the volcano (1 hour), from the crater the view is wonderful or go to the eastern bay (15 minutes) and bathe in the sulphurous waters. We will have lunch on board and in the afternoon we will return to the port, in Lipari. In the evening you will dine ashore in a restaurant recommended by the crew.
SATURDAY :
After having breakfast, we disembark at 08:30.

Wonderful sailboat with elegant and traditional lines. The boat is meticulously kept in excellent condition and with attention to every detail.
Built in the late 1970s by a French shipyard, designed by Jean Jacques Herbulot. Built with precious woods such as oak and mahogany.
On board it offers very comfortable spaces compared to traditional sailing boats.
The interiors are very spacious and well-kept. The materials used make the rooms welcoming and familiar.
The deck is flush deck so it has very large spaces, with a sunbathing area.
The cockpit is central with sofas to relax in and a large table that can accommodate 8 people. There are two hatches, one leads to the forward cabins and the other to the dinette, galley and crew cabin.
She is schooner-rigged with a rolled mainsail and two rolled jibs.
The dinette is very large, with a large table that can comfortably accommodate eight people, from here you access the kitchen which is adequately ventilated and equipped, equipped with a three-burner hob, oven, fridge, freezer, ice maker and machine for espresso. The plates are made of ceramic, the glasses and goblets are made of glass.
There are two guest cabins: one triple, one double with double bed.
The cabins have access to the two bathrooms.

Cancellations and Refund
This experience undergoes Sailsquare's standard Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- As long as the Experience is Not Confirmed, you can cancel your reservation at any time and receive a refund of the amount paid.
- If the Experience is Confirmed, you can cancel your reservation up to 30 days before departure and receive a full refund.
