ATTENTION: a minimum booking of two shares is required for this experience. The price is per person based on 2 rates in a double room. It is not a group experience, but ideal for couples, couples of friends or small pre-established groups.

Matera rises on the plateau of the Murgia, a frame with a unique naturalistic conformation that surrounds this ancient city. Lose yourself in the alleys of the Sassi di Matera , which at dusk pervades you with its almost sacred silence and reach the Murgia Materana Park on horseback, one of the most incredible rock landscapes in existence. A tour that combines outdoor and history!
ITINERARY
Discover the legendary city of the Sassi: the district of Sassi Barisano and Caveoso, characterized by buildings obtained in the natural quarries of the place, inhabited since the Paleolithic and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, will catapult you into history where time seems to have stopped. You will see, discovering Matera is like reliving a distant past.

Activities included: HORSEBACK EXCURSION
The best way to immerse yourself in the amazing views of the Murgia Materana Park is to cross it "slowly" on horseback led by professionals in the sector (the duration depends on the route but will be at least 1 hour).

The excursion is suitable for all levels and lasts 1h30. An expert guide will accompany you for the entire duration of the excursion, after a first initial briefing.
