This experience, in a nutshell

Having explored Capraia , its splendid Cala Rossa, the small port and the town perched on the mountain, having made a last dip in its sweet and very clear sea, we will hoist the sails to reach the continent.

After the island of Gorgona we will meet the splendid Tino and Tinetto islands and the spectacular Palmaria .

After crossing the narrow passage between the latter and the wonderful Portovenere we will arrive in the large, beautiful gulf of La Spezia . Portovenere, Le Grazie and Lerici are worth a visit.

From there we will move towards the Cinque Terre , a natural park populated by picturesque, delightful fishing villages.

Impossible not to stop and admire Vernazza , the imposing Punta Mesco, Sestri Levante , where it will be a must to spend a night at anchor.

A few miles of navigation and here is Portofino , the delightful little port adored by VIPs and then, San Fruttuoso di Camogli and finally Genoa with its very lively old port, caruggi and museums.

The holiday is part of a journey in stages.

I really enjoyed the cruise with Riccardo. He is an experienced sailor and I trusted him, which is very important, especially if you have make a long crossing between islands, as we did. Riccardo took us to a lot of pretty places, and the trip was filled with beautiful moments like eating dinner together with the entire crew while enjoying the sunset in a lovely bay at anchor, or swimming in the sea during the day to cool yourself down. La dolce vita. The boat is well-equipped and comfortable, and the captain goes out of his way to make everyone comfortable. Obviously there were also some misunderstandings, but honestly, that is to be expected in a group of people traveling and living together for a week, and I think all quarrels which arose were handled properly in the end. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you, Riccardo!
