Brief description of the holiday
Discovering the Wild West! That of Sardinia though. It starts from Alghero, fantastic "Catalan" enclave of the island that will welcome us with its warm vivacity on the first evening of cruising, and you arrive in the beautiful Cagliari after seeing places you will never forget: Bosa, the city on the river with its very special colored houses, the anchorage in front of the ruins of Tharros (perhaps with a jump to Cabras to taste the best Sardinian bottarga), Carloforte, where the tabarkino is spoken and the scent of red tuna comes from the "carruggi" dotted with colorful shop windows .... From here to the wild South for the last part of our cruise: Capo Teulada, Capo Spartivento, Chia. Beautiful anchorages and crystal clear waters that you will never want to leave. The people, the scents and the colors of Cagliari, the welcoming capital of the island, will be the backdrop to the cruise greetings, at the end of a truly suggestive journey.

Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 49I
Built in Les Herbiers in the sheds of the emblazoned French shipyard, and designed by one of the world's best naval architects, Philippe Briand. It is 15 meters long and has almost 120 square meters of sails, between mainsail and genoa, plus a large colored Gennaker. The teak deck offers large sunbathing spaces and the interior is light wood for a warm and pleasant brightness. Our boat has a huge forward cabin with bath and shower and two spacious aft cabins with another bathroom. Air conditioning, watermaker, generator, electric toilet, fridge and freezer, microwave, indoor and outdoor showers with hot water offer maximum comfort and a great autonomy. To get off the ground, or explore the most beautiful bays, there is a rigid keel tender with a 15-horsepower motor available to guests. For younger children or your four-legged friends - yes, we are welcome if they are not too big! - there is a protective net around the boat. There are also satellite TV in every room, but few are willing to turn them on once you arrive in the bay you go down into the sea from the stern beach and get ready for a great aperitif "Giusy style" maybe in front of a breathtaking sunset ...

Other important information
We start from Alghero, served by an efficient airport (Alghero Fertilia) and arrive in Cagliari: the marina is ten minutes from the international airport. What to bring? We recommend casual sportswear and white-soled sneakers. It will be hot but the nights can be cool, so we also suggest a sweatshirt, windproof jacket and rain jacket (if sailing is your goal, get yourself a tarpaulin and boots). No need for sheets, pillows or towels (better to bring your own towel). Don't forget sunglasses, sunscreen, waterproof bags for mobile phones. Soft please bags, no suitcases or trolley that you should take in the cabin! Normally our guests use a third of what they bring!
