We know that through this type of experience you generally arrive on board as strangers and leave as friends, going from becoming a good crew. To this end, on board we will share all the activities concerning the management of the boat (preparation of meals, cleaning of common areas, navigation maneuvers for those who want to participate), with particular attention to group dynamics.

For this reason, it will be a special week, also for the opportunity to experience practices and behaviors capable of "training" happiness as a skill. 

If you have talents or characteristics that you would like to share with others, we will be happy to give them space in the week together.

We like to sail slowly according to the weather conditions and looking for the best compromise between the enhancement of the wind (to avoid unnecessary fuel consumption and respect as much as possible the marine environment that hosts us), the duration of the navigations (to make the sailing experience pleasant and fun but freeing it from performance objectives), the desires of each crew member (we will try to satisfy the desire to see some places with the objectives of always and first of all guarantee safety and a serene group atmosphere).

For these reasons, it is not a holiday suitable for everyone but suitable for those who want to experience the boat as a tool (and not an end) to reconnect with themselves, others and Nature, with respect and the desire to return to the essence.

You will be accompanied by a captain with decades of experience sailing in the Mediterranean and Black Sea, an expert in team management, the science of happiness, change and sustainability processes, with a boundless passion for relationships and a very strong purpose to make you live an unforgettable human and social experience .
