Here you need an "ad hoc" course. Manoeuvring in tight spaces, learning about the evolutionary curve of the boat, its behaviour in reverse, knowing how and when to prepare fenders and mooring lines, the knots (these damn knots) to be tied on cleats or draughts, stopping the boat at the right time to let the crew go ashore and complete the mooring, recovering a dead body ...

If you ask yourself these questions you have already sailed a bit and if you need to "risk" a boat to learn, use mine. I am an Expert Sailor qualified to teach Short and Long Range Sailing... Get on board with me for a weekend in which we will carry out practical exercises in motor maneuverability in confined spaces, we will sail during the day and a few hours even at night to understand the regulations of entry into ports and communications with the VHF and we will do sail reduction exercises to face bad weather. You will also learn how to choose a anchor point and perform the anchoring maneuver.

This training weekend will be completed by exercises on the use of the tender and outboard to ferry the crew ashore when you are at anchor.

Embarkation on Friday afternoon or early Saturday morning, disembarkation on Sunday in the late afternoon.
