Hello and welcome!
It is a varied cruise combining coastal navigations along the coasts of Brittany or Cornwall, and offshore navigations with the crossing of the English Channel. You will discover the way of life of long-distance sailors with watches and night navigation.
The variety will be present throughout the cruise by the landscapes with the Bay of Saint-Malo as a starting point, a bay dotted with rocks with complex markings as well as one of the strongest tides in Europe, then the wild landscape and shredded from the Emerald and Goëlo coasts which will allow us to dock before a probable stopover on the side of the Ile de Bréhat to rest and wait for the favorable tide before the highlight in terms of navigation of this cruise: The Channel crossing.
Life on board will be punctuated by watchkeeping, attentive watch when crossing the flow of merchant and fishing vessels, night navigation, and landing on the other side of the Channel in the morning.
Along the British coast of Cornwall, we will resume coastal navigation and cruise from river to river, each more beautiful than the other with this very special atmosphere.
The objective of this cruise, the Isles of Scilly , will be reached after passing 2 famous capes: Cap Lizard which delimits with Ouessant the start and finish lines of the Jules Verne Trophy record attempts, and Land's End the western end of Great Britain, their end of the world. It is not uncommon in these waters to come across marine fauna such as dolphins, and sometimes the basking shark or the sunfish...?
The Isles of Scilly are located 30 miles off Land's End, bathed by the waters of the warm current of the Gulf Stream, they benefit from a mild climate and good sunshine.
The main attractions are the charm of the islands and anchorages, the visit to the renowned subtropical botanical garden of Tresco Abbey, the observation of seals at Western Rocks, and the unmissable pubs.
Then we will begin the return with a new crossing of the English Channel , heading for the Breton coasts that we will follow to Saint-Malo.
The Western Channel is unique in its geography and gives this cruise an ideal character for all those who wish to experience a summary of all the facets that a sailboat cruise can provide.
Ready for a wonderful sailing experience? Let's go get on board the departure is near!

It is a boat designed for the trip drawn without worry of gauge. Everything has been done to obtain a fast boat while respecting the specifications for the big cruise, that is to say a sailboat, with a great stability of road, the capacity to support a heavy load, and a great solidity for the security needed for this program.
Although having a reinforced sampling, the boat is lighter than a standard construction thanks to its method of construction in epoxy wood composite, according to the method of strip planking. It is a fiberglass / red cedar / epoxy resin sandwich that combines a compromise between lightness, rigidity, strength, and insulation.
Despite its travel boat program, it has been designed and built with real performance concerns that bring pleasure, feel, and safety. Its hull is reminiscent of those from offshore racing and influenced the architecture of the first Class 40 and many current cruisers.
